I am a compassionate, anti-oppressive, and anti-racist Registered Social Worker experienced in providing Psychotherapy to individuals, couples, children, youth, and families. I hold a Bachelor of Social Work degree with honors from York University and a clinical Master of Social Work from the University of Toronto.
I can address various concerns such as depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, emotional dysregulation, post-traumatic stress disorder, grief, eating disorder, ADHD, and ASD, including parent coaching, relationship/attachment, behavioral regulation, racial trauma, and family dynamics.
